To be honest, I was skeptical at first that Hypnosis would work online.  However, I heard from people that online therapy was a "thing" these days so decided to give it a shot. I've had anxiety for as long as I can remember and have tried everything from medication, acupuncture, CBT, etc but never really felt that I got over the issue. What I really liked about Jason's approach was that he was solution orientated and even said "I hope to not have to see you again because that's how I know I've done my job."  I feel wonderful now and confident that I have the tools to live a healthy and peaceful life.
